Frary Peak 2015: Get outside. And, bring your kids.

The only tree on the trail.

This past weekend, runners came out and conquered the Frary Peak Hill Climb: a 6(ish) mile climb/summit/peak bagging adventure on Antelope Island. The race, organized by Buffalo Run Adventures, is part of a series of events held throughout the year that include half marathons all the way to 100 milers. This short trail is almost easy to overlook—almost. It’s only 3 miles to the summit, which is short in the trail running community. But, it’s stunning.

This was the second year I came out to photograph the event, and I’m so glad I did. So many of the same smiling faces came out again to run and hike the mountain. The coolest part? Seeing families come out and explore the trails together. There’s just something really rad about that. 20151016-IMG_2497

So, for that reason, I want to share the digital photos I took, for free. Please follow the link below to find the full gallery.

If you get totally lost and confused, message me here and I’ll hook you up. You do have the option of ordering prints if you wish on this site through my set up. You don’t have to, but I will say that the shop I go through (WHCC) always does a killer job and hasn’t let me down yet.

Just one thing: please don’t use these photos in weird ways, deal? I don’t want to see them show up in ads for holiday sales or in print anywhere selling stuff. Do me a solid. Thanks.

-Linds.
